基于ADuC824的织机电子送经卷取的控制系统设计

【摘要】 给出SAURER400型织机机械式送经卷取改电子式的总体方案,进行基于ADuC824的电子式送经卷取控制系统的硬件设计和软件设计.硬件部分以ADuC824为控制核心,辅以隔离电路及其它外围电路;软件采用模块化设计.现场调试证实,该系统能实现正常工作,经纱张力基本稳定,达到设计要求,且实验测得张力图表明,ADuC824控制电子送经卷取系统比8051控制系统张力波动小.

【Abstract】 The total design about the mechanical let-off and take-up system of SAURER 400 loom improved to electronic one is offered,and the hardware and software design on the basis of ADuC824 are introduced.The ADuC824 is mainly control unit assisted with the isolation circuit and accessorial unit in hardware and software designs in modulous.The debugging results show that this system can work well and the warp tension can be controlled.The tension fluctuation diagram indicate that this system is more sensitive to the tension fluctuation than 8051 system.
