【摘要】 对国内外建筑工程多维集成管理的研究进行回顾和总结,对研究现状进行分析.目前,建筑工程多维集成管理的研究主要集中在产品建模和可视化、过程建模和分析及协作和交流等方向,研究的基础是建筑工程生命期内信息的创建,研究核心是信息的管理和共享过程,研究所需解决的关键问题是揭示其理论机理及其模型构建.在此基础上提出未来工程多维集成管理技术实现的方法,基于参数化建筑工程数据模型建立的可计算的信息、协同数据标准和标准商业模式成为解决方案的研究重心.更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper presents a review and summary of the literature on the nD-based integrated management in building,and an analysis of the current research.Presently,the research has been focused upon product modeling and visualization,process modeling and analysis,and collaboration and communication.The foundation of the research is creating better information over building lifecycle,and the keystone of the investigation is how to manage that information and share it.The key problems to be solved in the future study are identified.Realizing computability of digital design information,fabricating meaningful data interoperability and using object database and parametric building modeling technologies are ways to realize the nD-based integrated management.更多还原
