【Abstract】 Jilin province closely held the strategic opportunity of revitalizing the northeast old industrial base,continued to deepen the state-owned enterprises’ reform,implemented the storming fortifications in state-owned enterprise’s reform,has achieved the breakthrough progress.The current state-owned enterprise’s reform has entered the development,deepening and perfect stage.It is objective need to analyze the present situations and main questions of state-owned enterprises in Jilin province.Starting from our province’s reality,the feasible and effective countermeasures are proposed to promote the state-owned enterprises’ reform and development,realize the innovation of state-owned enterprises in the system and the mechanism,enhance the vigor of the state-owned enterprises development.更多还原
