马兜铃酸的电化学性质及其在关木通中的含量测定
Study on the Electrochemical Behavior of Aristolochic Acid and Determination of Its Content in Caulis Aristolochiae Manshuriensis
【摘要】 在pH5.0的Britton-Robinson缓冲溶液中,马兜铃酸在玻碳电极上产生不可逆的还原波(Vc,p=-0.51 Vvs.Ag/AgCl),具有吸附控制特性。利用马兜铃酸的电化学还原性质建立微分脉冲伏安法测定体系,马兜铃酸浓度在8.0×10-7~6.0×10-6mol/L范围内与还原峰电流呈良好的线性关系,检出限达1.6×10-8mol/L。测定方法简便灵敏,应用于关木通中马兜铃酸总酸含量的快速测定,结果令人满意。
【Abstract】 In Britton-Robinson buffer solution(pH 5.0),aristolochic acid(AA) showed an irreversible reduction peak(Vc,p=-0.51 V vs.Ag/AgCl) with adsorption characteristic at glassy carbon working electrode.A simple method based on differential pulse voltammetry(DPV) for AA was developed.The reduction peak current was linearly proportional to the concentration of AA over the range of 8.0×10-7-6.0×10-6 mol/L,and the detection limit was 1.6×10-8 mol/L.This method was applied in the determination of AA content in Caulis Aristolochiae Manshuriensis,and the recovery result was satisfying.
