铁路车站售票窗口排队系统模拟优化
Simulation Optimization of the Queuing System in front of Railway Station Ticketing Office
【摘要】 运用排队模型理论对铁路车站售票窗口排队系统特征进行分析,建立了基于可接受等待时间的售票窗口数目优化模拟模型,给出模型的算法和流程。通过模拟计算结果与大连站实际数据对比分析,证明了模拟模型的有效性。优化结果表明,该模型可有效地为车站节约成本、增加旅客的满意度,适用于铁路车站售票窗口排队系统的动态管理。
【Abstract】 The paper analyzes the characteristics of the queuing system ofrailway station ticketing office by using the queuing theory,and establishes anoptimized simulation model of ticking box numbers based on acceptable waitingtime.And the algorithm and procedure of using this model are given also.According to the simulation calculation result and the contrast with actualsituation of Dalian Station,the validity of the simulation model is proved.Theoptimization result shows that the model could effectively save cost and improvesatisfaction degree of passenger,and is also suitable for the dynamic managementof queuing system in front of railway station ticketing office.
