【摘要】 投入产出是衡量科技企业发展实力的重要指标,在利用生产函数对民营科技企业发展进行实证分析的基础上,对天津市18个区县2001—2005年间民营科技企业发展中的投入产出规律进行了探讨,并选取天津科技统计年鉴中与民营科技企业相关的指标数据,得出各区县投入产出的相似生产函数。研究表明,人力资源的投入比技术和资本投入弹性系数更大,各区县也有各自的表现差异,体现了各自的地区特征。更多还原

【Abstract】 Input-output efficiency is an important index for representing the ability of technological enterprises.After doing an empirical study of private technological enterprises based on applying Cobb-Douglas production function,the input-output efficiency was explored in the course of development of private technological enterprises in 18 administrative districts in Tianjin during 2001—2005.The relevant data of these private technological enterprises were selected from Tianjin Science and Technology Statistics Almanac,and the results show that all of the districts have the similar input-output structure,with the flexible coefficients of input on human resource being bigger than that on technology and capital,while their intercepts are different,denoting their own characteristics.更多还原
