【摘要】 目的建立龙芍利胆片中龙胆苦苷的含量测定方法。方法应用RP-HPLC法测定,选用C18色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水(30∶70);流速1.0mL/min;检测波长270nm。柱温为25℃。结果线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为97.8%,RSD为1.7%(n=5)。结论方法简便、准确,可用于龙胆苦苷的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the determination of gentiopicroside in Longshaolidan Tablet.Methods The RP-HPLC was carried out on C18 column using methanol-water(30∶70)as a mobile phase.The detecting wavelength was set at 270nm.The flow rate was 1.0mL/min.The column temperature was at 25℃.Results The linear relationship was good.The average recovery was 97.8% and RSD was 1.7%(n=6).Conclusion The method is simple,reliable and suitable for the quality control of Longshaolidan Tablet.更多还原
