沥青树脂热解缩聚行为和流变性能研究
PYROLYSIS CONDENSATION PROCESS AND RHEOLOGICAL BEHAVIOR OF COPNA RESIN
【摘要】 对沥青树脂热解缩聚过程和流变性能进行了分析,试验结果显示,沥青树脂的热解缩聚可分为熔融及轻质组分脱除、剧烈热分解和缩聚成焦三个阶段。在第1、第3阶段,升温速率对沥青树脂的影响较小,在第2阶段,升温速率加快,导致沥青树脂开始失重温度向高温区移动,失重速率随之增大。选取沥青树脂作为浸渍剂,其浸渍温度确定为260℃,可使浸渍时沥青树脂处于较好的流动状态。
【Abstract】 The pyrolysis condensation process and rheological behavior of COPNA resin were analysed.The results showed that the pyrolysis condensation processes of COPNA resin could be divided into three stage:the melting and light components evolution,the drastic decomposition,the condensation coking.In the first and third stages,the rate of temperature rise had a little influence on COPNA resin.During the second stage,the increase of temperature rise would lead to the higher starting temperture of thermal weight loss and the larger weight loss rate.At 260℃,the COPNA resin impregnant had excellent rheological performance.
