【摘要】 观察了硫酸软骨素对应激性胃溃疡模型小鼠的疗效,以不同剂量浓度(100mg/kg、200 mg/kg、300mg/kg)的经稀碱-酶解法从鸡胸软骨中提取硫酸软骨素,灌喂以饥饿与紧张双重作用下建立小鼠活动-紧张溃疡模型.结果发现,对照组小鼠生长状况良好,没有出现胃溃疡,模型组小鼠溃疡状况最严重,与模型组小鼠相比,药物组小鼠的胃溃疡指数明显降低,各药物组之间以及药物组与模型组的溃疡指数差异达到极显著水平(P<0.01).更多还原

【Abstract】 Therapeutic effects of chondroitin sulfate on the stress restraint-induced ulcers mouse models were observed.Chondroitin sulfate was extracted from cartilage by base-enzyme method.Experi- mental models of mouse caused by hungriness and tension were applied at different doses (100mg/kg, 200mg/kg,300mg/kg).The results revealed that CK was in order and no any ulcers,and the stress re- straint-induced ulcers mouse models group was the most fiercely.Compared with the mouse models group,the gastric ulcers indexes of chondroitin sulfate doses groups declined significantly.The statistical discrepancy of gastric ulcers indexes were marked among three groups of chondroitin sulfate doses,and the stress restraint-induced ulcers mouse models group(P<0.01).更多还原
