我国家族企业兴盛的历史原因探究

【摘要】 本文从"国家政策与创业初期的家族企业","劳动密集型产业与家族企业"等五个方面系统地结合我国的特定历史,对我国家族企业的兴盛原因进行了全面、系统的分析,结果表明我国家族企业特定的历史背景对其目前的兴盛局面有着全方位的影响,按照中国目前家族企业的情况,要彻底否定家族制是不现实的,也是与客观规律相违背的。更多还原

【Abstract】 From five aspects,such as "national policies and the initial period of family business","labor-intensive industry and family business",and so on,integrate systematically with our specific history,this thesis is to analyze China’s thriving family business reasons in a comprehensive and systematic way.The results show the specific historical background of China’s Family Business has all-round effect on the current thriving situation.According to China’s current family business,to deny the family system is unrealistic and is also contrary to the objective law.更多还原
