论政府经济行为中的委托—代理关系

【摘要】 政府经济行为与私有部门中的经济行为一样广泛地存在着委托——代理关系,由于信息不对称、激励不相容等原因,政府经济活动中出现了败德行为和逆向选择等代理问题。本文运用委托——代理理论对我国政府经济行为中的委托——代理关系及其代理问题进行剖析,并对其代理问题的解决提出了一些思路,以保证政府经济行为的有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Principle-Agent exists not only in private economic actions,but also in government’s economic actions.Because of asymmetrical information,incompatible incentive,there are some typical problem behaviors of agent such as moral hazard,adverse selection in government’s economic actions.This article will try to discuss the occurrence of agency problem in government’s economic actions,by using the theory of Principle-Agent in economics.And then,in order to improve the efficiency of government’s economic actions,the article put forward some ways to slove these probiems.更多还原
