多轴运动控制技术实验平台的设计
Platform for Multiaxle Motion Control: Design
【摘要】 介绍了以摩信MCT8000F4运动控制器为核心,以交/直流伺服电机、步进电机为控制对象的4轴运动控制实验平台的设计思想、基本组成和主要功能。该平台能满足学生理解运动控制的基本概念,掌握单轴运动控制和多轴混合运动控制的编程方法,掌握面向工业应用的运动控制技术和设计方法的实训教学需要。文中还给出了单轴运动控制编程实例。该平台既可作为运动控制技术及应用课程的实训教学用设备,也可作为数控系统的开发工具。
【Abstract】 The paper introduces the design,basic components and major functions of the 4-axle motion control lab platform based on MCT8000F4 motion controller,which controls AC/DC servo motors and step-by-step electrical motors.This platform can help students understand basic concepts about motion control,have a good command of programming of single-axle motion control and multi-axle mixed motion control,and know well motion control technologies and design that are used in industry.The paper also offers an example of a single-axle motion control system.The platform can be used as a lab platform for courses of motion control technology,as well as a development tool for digital control systems.
