【Abstract】 Based on elaborating the significance of water franchised operation and the related laws and regulations,it is suggested that Water Franchised Operation Rules of Suzhou City be made out,which will solve the problem that the existing legal system could not meet the requirements of water franchised operation in Suzhou City.Here shows some detailed regulations from the following aspects: access to water market,withdrawal from water market,rights protection of franchised corporation,government supervision and outside supervision.All those will be beneficial to both the improvement of water environment of Suzhou City and its long-term effective operation.更多还原
