【摘要】 采用文献资料、测试和数理统计等方法,将苏州外资企业员工与苏州市和全国成年人群的体质测试状况和BMI进行比较、分析。结果显示:苏州市外资企业员工的体质与苏州市和全国成年人群在身体形态方面差异不明显,机能方面有差异,而在素质方面有较多的显著差异。建议苏州市政府、外资企业在重视经济增长的同时,也应该要重视企业员工的体质健康状况,加强全民健身运动的宣传,提高全民健身的意识,规划和建设好企业的体育活动场馆,满足在苏州的外资企业员工参加健身活动的欲望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on documents, testing and data analysis, this paper conducts a comparison of the fitness conditions and BMI of employees of foreign enterprises in Suzhou and the general adult population of Suzhou as well as the counterpart of China. The result shows slight differences in body shapes but significant differences in body functions and the quality of health among the compared groups. It is suggested that the Suzhou Municipal Government, as well as foreign firms, should pay attention not only to the economic growth but also to the fitness of employees of these firms. They should promote and increase the awareness of physical exercises, and improve sports facilities to meet the needs of the employees in those firms for fitness activities.更多还原
