当归对X线辐射损伤小鼠造血功能恢复的影响

【摘要】 目的观察当归对Χ线辐射损伤小鼠造血功能恢复的影响。方法用100%当归浸出液定期给小鼠灌胃,5d后,用Χ线照射0.11 CGY,1次/d,共照射5次,检测小鼠骨髓细胞增殖和抗体的产生。结果用药组小鼠骨髓细胞增殖和抗体产生有显著增强作用,与照射组相比均有非常显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论当归有明显抗X线辐射、促进小鼠骨髓细胞增殖和抗体产生的作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To research the effect of Angelica sinensis Diels,(ASD) on hemopoietic rehabilitation of radiated mice.Methods Filled the stomaches of the mice with 100% water extract of ASD regularly for 5 days.The mice were radiated with X-radiation with a dose of 0.11CGY once each day for 5 days.Proliferation of bone marrow cell and the production of antibody were tested.Results The proliferation of bone marrow cell and the production of antibody increased significantly in ASD group compared with control group(P<0.001).Conclusion ASD can resist X-radiation obviously and enhance bone marrow cell proliferation and the production of antibody.
