【摘要】 目的考查播种期,种植密度及耕地深度对徐长卿产量和质量的影响。方法用正交设计安排种植试验,考察产量,测定主要有效成分的含量。结果不同的种植方法对药材产量影响较大。结论在山东蒙阴栽培徐长卿以3月底播种,用种量30 kg.ha-1,耕地深度40 cm为宜。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research the influence of sowing time,planting density and plowing depth to the yield and quality of Cynanchum paniculatum(Bge.) Kitag.Methods To plant the herb according to the method of orthogonal project,to calculate the yield and to determine the main effective compositions.Results Different planting method had great influence to the yield of the herb.Conclusion The optimum planting method is sowing in the end of March,40cm plowing depth of the land and 30kg seeds in one hectare.更多还原
