【摘要】 目的探讨地锦草的体外抑菌作用。方法用K-B纸片扩散法。100%地锦草浸出液滤纸片对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌、伤寒杆菌、甲型链球菌、乙型链球菌抑菌作用进行了研究。结果地锦草对以上细菌均有明显抑菌作用。结论地锦草在体外有明显的抑菌作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study in vitro growth-inhibitory effect of EHW on bacteria. Methods K-B paper dispersion method was used and the paper was presoaked with 100% EHW water extract. We observed the inhibitory effect of circular filterpaper pieces of EHW on Staphylococcus auresus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, P. aeruginosa, E. coli、S. typhy, α-hemloytic streptococcus, β-hemolytic streptococcus.Results It had obvious effect of growth inhibition on bacteria. Conclusion EHW has significant in vitro effect of growth inhibition on bacteria.更多还原
