利用流化床制备中药包衣颗粒的工艺研究

【摘要】 目的制备中药包衣颗粒,优化制剂工艺。方法采用流化床切线喷方法与流化床底喷工艺包衣对复方老鹳草结肠靶向颗粒进行制备工艺研究。结果优化后的制剂处方为浸膏粉与羧甲基淀粉钠、微晶纤维素的比例为8∶1∶1,流化床切线喷工艺参数为进风温度30℃,风机频率15Hz,转盘转速500r/min,滚圆时间60min;底喷包衣工艺条件为流量2ml/min,雾化压力为0.1MPa,风机频率为25Hz,进风温度30℃。结论该工艺合理可行,球形颗粒成型性好,包衣成品率高。

【Abstract】 Objective To prepare coating granules of traditional Chinese medicine and optimize the preparation technology. Methods Adopting tangent spraying and bottom spraying method of fluidized-bed to research the prepare technology of colon targeting granules of complex prescription geranium . Results The best proportion of powdered extract , CMS-Na and MCC were eight , one and one. Fluidized-bed tangent spraying technology were rolling speed 500 r/min, spheronization time 60min .The best film coating technology conditions were 2 ml/min of flow rate , 0.1 MPa of atomization pressure , 25 Hz of breeze machine ,30℃ of breeze temperature . Conclusion The technology is reasonable and feasible. Shaping of spheroidal particle is good and finished product coating rate is high.
