【摘要】 目的采用比色法测定天山花楸中总黄酮的含量。方法以芦丁作对照品,以亚硝酸钠-硝酸铝-氢氧化钠体系为显色剂,检测波长为510nm。结果线性范围为0.0103～0.0515mg·ml^-1,平均回收率为98.8%,相对标准偏差（RSD）为1.3%。结论该法为控制天山花楸的内在质量提供了依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the total content of flavonoids in Sorbus tianschanica Ruper by colorimetric method.Method- s Rutin was used as reference substance and the detecting wavelength was 510nm.Results The linearity of flavonoids was fine in the range of 0.010 3～0.051 5 mg/ml,average recovery rate was 98.8%,RSD was 1.3%(n=5).Conclusion The method can be used for the control of the inherent quality in Sorbus tianschanica Ruper.更多还原
