天参益智方对老年性痴呆模型大鼠神经细胞凋亡的抑制作用

【摘要】 目的研究天参益智方(TSYZ)对AD模型大鼠神经细胞凋亡的抑制作用和抗氧化作用。方法以慢性铝中毒法复制老年性痴呆模型大鼠,用TUNEL法观察模型大鼠海马和皮质内细胞凋亡水平,并检测脑线粒体超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性以及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果模型组大鼠海马和皮质具有典型的细胞凋亡特征,T-SOD活性降低,MDA含量升高;而天参益智方治疗组海马和皮质神经细胞凋亡数减少,T-SOD活性升高,MDA含量降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论天参益智方具有明显抑制神经细胞凋亡作用和抗氧化作用,其改善AD大鼠学习记忆功能可能是通过多个环节整体治疗来实现的。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of TSYZ formula on neuronal apoptosis and anti-oxidation of aged dementia model mice.Methods The aged dementia models were induced by long-term i.g AlCl3.TUNEL was used to detect neuronal apopto- sis,and cerebral SOD and MDA were studied.Results Typical apoptosis characters were markedly caused in model group,mean- while the abilities of SOD decreased and the quantities of MDA increased remarkably.The TSYZ formula groups obviously inhibi- ted neuronal apoptosis,increased the activity of SOD and lowered the quantities of MDA(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion It is suggested that the inhibitory effects of TSYZ formula on neuronal apoptosis and anti-oxidation are remarkable.The macha- nisms maybe that the protective effects of TSYZ formula on the ability of learning and memory of AD model mice.
