黄连有效成分积累动态的研究

【摘要】 目的研究黄连(味连)有效成分积累的动态规律,为确定黄连最佳采收期提供依据。方法定期定点采集2~5年生黄连样品,分析黄连根茎中盐酸小檗碱和总生物碱的含量,分别用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法和UV法测定。结果黄连根茎中有效成分动态积累有一定规律,盐酸小檗碱含量每年4月(开花结实期)几乎均为全年最低,4~5年生黄连以10~11月黄连根茎中的小檗碱含量达到全年最高值,而以5年生黄连的盐酸小檗碱含量为最高;总生物碱含量呈上升趋势,每年在10~11月含量达到全年最高,而以5年生黄连的总生物碱含量最高。结论根据黄连有效成分的积累动态规律,黄连的最佳采收期为10~11月的5年生黄连根茎。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the dynamic accumulation regulation of the effective components of Coptis chinensis,so to provide the experimental data of optimal harvest time of Coptis chinensis.Methods The samples of two to five years were gathered from the same glebe and time.Berberine and the total alkaloids were analyzed by HPLC and UV methods.Results The dynamic accumu- lation of effective components in the rootstalk of the Coptis chinensis had regularity in the certain extend.The contents of berberine in samples were almost the lowest in April in every year,which were mostly the highest in October and November from the samples grown 4~5 years,but the content of the component was mostly the highest in 5-year-old Coptis chinensis in the series samples. The content of the total alkaloids increased year by year in the rootstalk of the Coptis chinensis,which was mostly the highest in October and November in every year,but the content of the component was mostly the highest in 5-year-old Coptis chinensis in the samples.Conclusion According to the accumulation pattern of the effective components in the Coptis chinensis,the optimal harvest time is from September to November.
