【摘要】 目的实验研究桂枝二越婢一汤组合方剂的解热作用。方法以干酵母复制大鼠发热模型,观察桂枝汤、越婢汤及其合方桂枝二越蜱一汤的解热作用,以证实其合方中与方间存在着功效的相加、协同或拮抗关系。结果桂枝汤、越婢汤、桂枝二越蜱一汤均有解热作用(P<0.05)且桂枝二越婢一汤解热优于桂枝汤、越婢汤(P<0.05),越婢汤与桂枝汤疗效比较无意叉(P>0.05)。结论桂麻合方中方与方间有协同、拮抗关系的存在。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the antipyrectic effect of Guizhier Yuebiyi Tang.Methods Wistar rats were divided into four groups.Yeast was injected subtaneously to establish fever model.The antipyrectic effects of Guizhi Tang,Yuebi Tang,Guizhier Yuebiyi Tang were observed to confirm whether the effect of adding together,the coordination or oppressing the anti-relations exist in those herbs.Results Guizhi Tang,Yuebi Tang,and Guizhier Yuebiyi Tang had the antipyrectic effect in our study(P<0.05). And Guizhier Yuebiyi Tang had better effect than the others(P<0.05).There was no difference between Guizhi Tang and Yuebi Tang(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of the coordination and oppressing the anti-relations exist in these herbs.更多还原
