【Abstract】 Objective To study the method of identification of terpene lactones from Ginkgo biloba leaf and Ginkgo biloba extract and Ginkgo Leaf tablets by TLC.Methods With Ginkgo biloba extract,Bilobalide, Ginkgolide A,Ginkgolide B,Ginkgolide C as objects,study the interference of the temperature to TLC.Results The temperature showed no interference.Conclusion This method of identification of TLC can carry on under the indoor temperature.更多还原
