【摘要】 目的测定中药黄芪、白术、防风及玉屏风散中微量元素铁、铜、锰、铅的含量和溶出率。方法采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定。结果中药煎煮后,微量元素含量有很大差异。结论中药水煎液中各元素的含量和溶出率各不相同,两者关系复杂,应根据不同临床需要合理用药,以更好地发挥其疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the content and dissolved rates of Fe,Cu,Mn,Pb in Huangqi,Baizhu,Fangfeng and Yupingfeng decoction.Methods The determination was performed by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.Results There was significant difference of trace elements content between the medical herb pieces and the herb decocted.Conclusion The content and dissolved rates of 4 kinds of trace elements are different in the water decocted solution of the Chinese traditional medicines.It is necessary to apply the Chinese traditional medicines in different modes according to different clinical needs,in order to increase their curative effect.更多还原
