【摘要】 目的研究木贼正丁醇提取物及提取剩余物对大鼠高脂血症及动脉粥样硬化早期主动脉平滑肌病变的影响。方法选用雄性SD大鼠,随机分为正常对照、病理模型、阳性药、木贼正丁醇提取物、提取剩余物组。复制食饵性早期动脉粥样硬化模型,用木贼提取物预防性给药,以吉非罗齐为阳性药对照。实验9周,测定血脂,光镜及电镜下观察主动脉平滑肌细胞形态学变化。结果木贼正丁醇提取物及提取剩余物组血清TG,VLDL较模型组显著降低。提取物两组平滑肌病变较模型组明显减轻。结论木贼两种提取物均有降低血脂,影响动脉粥样硬化早期血管平滑肌细胞转型的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of two kinds of Equisetum extract on smooth muscle cells in early Atherosclerotic rats.Methods Fifty male,SD rats were divided into five groups: a normal group with standard chow diet and four other groups with a high fat diet.In these high fat diet groups,one group plus Gemfibrozil,the second group plus Equisetum extract,another one plus the rest of Equisetum extract.The plasma levels of blood were measured after nine weeks.Light microscope and electric microscope were adopted to assess the degree of morphological changes of smooth muscle cells.Results Two kinds of Equisetum extract could reduce the levels of serum TG and VLDL as compared with the model group.They could also reduce the proliferation of smooth muscle cells and the degree of atherosclerotic lesion.Conclusion Two kinds of Equisetum extract have the effect of inhibiting the development of experimental atherosclerosis.更多还原
