【摘要】 目的研究ST-13基因的蛋白表达与大肠癌临床、病理、生存期的关系。方法随机抽取116例有完整临床和病理资料的病例,应用免疫组化方法进行回顾性分析。结果ST-13与TNM分期、淋巴结转移和组织学分类有关;与性别、肿瘤部位、大体分类、分化程度、肿瘤浸润深度和生存期无关。结论ST-13作为大肠癌负相关基因与大肠癌的发生、发展以及肿瘤的生物学行为有一定关系,与肿瘤的不同来源有关,对判断预后无意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research the relationship of the expression of ST-13 and clinicopathology,the period of the patients’ existence.Methods 116 cases with the complete clinical and pathological data were selected randomly and retrospectively analysed by immunohistochemical method.Results ST-13 was correlated with TNM stage,metastasis of lymph nodes and the histological type and had no correlation with the sexual distinction,location of tumor,general classification,infiltration of the tumor,and the period of the patients’ existence.Conclusions ST-13 is the negatively related gene of colonrectal carcer,which has relation with the invasion and the development of colonrectal carcinoma,and also has some relation with the tumor biological behavior and the origins.But it has not any relation with the prognosis of the patients.更多还原
