【摘要】 高等职业教育培养各类高技能专门人才,其技能由这类人才就业面向的职业岗位(群)的任职要求决定,体现在人才培养目标和规格中。在分析了高技能人才规格特征和能力结构的基础上,以能力培养为本位,以高技能形成为主线,将各种技能概括为基本技能、专业技能和综合技能三个层次,构建了高职教育"三段式"人才培养模式,提出了本模式人才培养的实施方式和保障条件。更多还原

【Abstract】 Skills of highly-skilled professionals educated and trained in higher vocational institutes,are determined by their career requirements,and find their best expression in education objectives.Based on the analysis of skilled trainee’s specifications and capacity structure characteristics,with competence-oriented training as the basis,with skill-oriented training as the focus,this paper puts forward "three stages" training mode for higher education,i.e.,basic skills training,vocational skills training and comprehensive skills training,together with the implementation means and guarantees.更多还原
