【摘要】 目的:探讨S100A4蛋白在结直肠癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用S-P免疫组织化学染色技术,检测68例结直肠癌组织和20例正常结直肠组织中S100A4蛋白的表达情况。结果:S100A4蛋白在20例正常结直肠组织中无阳性表达(0%),在68例结直肠癌组织中有42例(61.8%)呈阳性表达,两者统计学差异有显著性(P=0.003);S100A4蛋白的表达在结直肠癌不同年龄、性别、肿瘤部位、大体类型、组织学类型、分化程度中差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);在不同Dukes分期、淋巴结转移、生存期中差异有显著性(P<0.05),且分期晚、发生淋巴结转移、生存期短者表达高。结论:S100A4蛋白表达与结直肠癌的侵袭和转移密切相关;S100A4蛋白可作为判定结直肠癌临床病理特征及预后的重要指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of protein S100A4 in colorectal carcinoma and its significance. Method S-P immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of protein S100A4 in 68 specimens of colorectal carcinoma and 20 normal colorectal tissues. Results There was a statistically significant difference in protein S100A4 expression between the normal tissues and the carcinoma tissues (0% vs 61.8%,P=0.003). The expression of protein S100A4 differed significantly in Dukes stage, lymph node metastasis, and survival time (P < 0.05) but not in age, sex, tumor location, gross type, histological classification, and the degree of tumor cell differentiation (P > 0.05), with a positive relation to Dukes stage and lymph node metastasis and with an inverse association with survival time. Conclusion Protein S100A4 is closely related with colorectal carcinoma invasion and metastasis and may be an important predictor in predicting the pathological characteristics and prognosis of colorectal carcinoma.更多还原
