大豆多肽对小鼠酒精性肝损伤的作用研究
Effects of Soybean Peptide on Alcohol-induced Liver Injury in Mice
【摘要】 目的观察大豆多肽对小鼠酒精性肝损伤模型的影响。方法用50%无水乙醇连续灌胃7d建立小鼠酒精性肝损伤模型,然后给予大豆多肽28d。采用酶化学方法检测肝组织中丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)和甘油三酯(TG)含量。结果成功建立了小鼠酒精性肝损伤模型。大豆多肽高、中、低剂量组动物的肝脏甘油三酯含量与模型组比较显著降低,而高剂量组动物肝脏损伤与模型组比较明显减轻。结论大豆多肽对酒精性肝损伤具有防治作用。
【Abstract】 s:Objective To study the effects of soybean peptide on alcohol-induced liver injury in mice.Methods Mouse alcohol-induced liver injury model was set up by feeding with 50% alcohol for 7 d,and then the mice received soybean peptide for 28 successive days.The levels of malondialdehyde(MDA),glutathione(GSH)and triglyceride(TG)in liver tissue were detected with enzyme-chemical method.Results Alcohol-induced liver injury in mice was set up satisfactorily.High,moderate and low dose of soybean peptide significantly decreased triglyceride in the liver tissue of alcohol-induced liver injury mice.High dose soybean peptide alleviated alcohol-induced liver injury significantly.Conclusions Soybean peptide is effective in preventing and treating alcohol-induced liver injury.
