【摘要】 目的:总结气压弹道碎石术治疗32例泌尿系统结石经验教训,提高对泌尿系统结石的治愈率。方法:对32例泌尿系统结石进行气压弹道碎石治疗。结果:碎石成功率90.6%(29/32)。结论:气压弹道碎石术对全尿路结石碎石治疗,对输尿管下段结石粉碎率高,具有组织损伤小及并发症少等优点,成功置镜是碎石成功的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To summarize the effectiveness of 32 patients with the stone in urinary system underwent pneumatic lithotripsy in our hospital.Methods:Thirty-two patients with the stone in urinary system were treated by pneumatic lithotripsy.Results:The stone free rate was 90.6%.Conclusion:Pnenmatic lithotripsy can treate the whole urinary lithiasis,the stone free rate was high in the distal ureter especially,with little tissue damage and complication.It is the key to put ureteroscope successfully.更多还原
