【摘要】 目的:探讨超声如何早期、准确地诊断胎盘旱剥。方法:回顾分析24例经手术证实的胎盘早剥的声像图表现,并与病理相对照。结果:经超声检查诊断及手术病理证实的胎盘早剥,总例数24例,其中超声确诊的20例,正确率83.3%;诊断错误4例,错误率16.7%(漏诊2例,误诊2例)。结论:超声对重型的胎盘旱剥诊断迅速、准确。但对早期的、轻型的胎盘早剥的诊断有待于进一步探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore that how to diagnose the placental abruption more aceueatly and early by ultrasound. Methods We review analysed the ultrasonic images of 24 the placental abruption that were confirmed by operations and com- pared with the results of pathology.Results The 24 eases were dingnoscd by ultrasound and confirmed by pathology after opera- tions.20 cases were right(correct rate 83.3%),4 cases were wrong(wrong rate 16.7%,2 cases were leak examined,2 ca- ses were misdiagnosed).Conclusion The ultrasound is more quick and accueated in diagnosing the sever placental abruption.
