【摘要】 目的:报道血友病性骨关节病变的X线表现。方法:选取10例血友病患者X线影像,观察和分析X线征象,并结合文献对血友病性关节病变的X线、CT和MRI某些影像表现进行讨论。结果:本组累及膝关节者8例,髋关节者1例,左髂骨假肿瘤1例。10例中因病情轻重不同,分别存在有软组织肿胀、关节腔积液、骨质疏松、骨骺增大、关节侵蚀、关节面下囊肿、关节间隙狭窄、关节内出血、滑膜增厚等征象。结论:X线对常见类型的血友病性关节病变有诊断价值。但对骨侵蚀病变及关节面下囊肿的检出率MRI、CT大致相仿而优于X线。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This paper reported the X-ray display of arthropathies in patients with hemophilia.Methods Seven X-ray pictures of 10 cases were observed and analysed,and signs of X-ray,CT and MRI some images in the patients of hemo- philia were discussed.Results The group was involved 8 cases knee joint,1 case hip joint,and 1 case pseudotumor of left ili- um.Because of differential of patient’s condition,X-ray display of arthropatlfies in patients with hemophilia had soft tissue swel]in,osteoporosis,epiphyseal overgrowth,joint erosion,cyst(pseudotumor),joint space narrowing,joint effusion,hemor- rhage,synovial hypertrophy respectively.Conclusion X-ray images has diagnostic value for general arthropathies in patients with hemophilia,but not as good as CT and MRI for bone corrosion and cyst(pseu-dotumor)under joint face.更多还原
