【摘要】 目的:探讨妊娠期糖尿病患者血清白细胞介素6(IL-6)水平变化及临床意义。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA夹心法)检测28例妊娠期糖尿病患者和30例健康对照者及22例正常孕妇组血清IL-6水平。结果:妊娠期糖尿病患者血清IL-6水平均明显高于正常孕妇组(P<0.01)和正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论:监测IL-6水平变化有助于了解妊娠期糖尿病的发病机制,并为临床诊断、病情监测及预后提供有益的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical significance and levels of serum IL-6 in gestational diabetic patients.Meth- ods Test the levels of IL-6 in thirty healthy controls and twenty healthy controls of pregnant women and twenty-eight gestafional diabetic patients by using ELISA.Results The levels of IL-6 in gestafional diabetic patients were higher than in healthy con- trois (P<0.01),also higher than in healthy pregnant women controls (P<0.01).Conclusion Monitoring the changes of IL-6 levels of pregnant women will help to understand the clinical mechanism of gestational diabetics and provide the method for clinical diagnosing,monitoring and predicting prognosis.更多还原
