以增加带宽的方式来抑制磁共振金属伪影
Inhibition of MR Artifacts in a Way of Increasing Bandwidth of Acquisition
【摘要】 目的:探讨用增加2倍带宽的扫描方式,抑制磁共振金属伪影。方法:对20例磁共振常规扫描,有严重金属伪影干扰的患者,采用增加2倍带宽的方式扫描,比较两种扫描方式的伪影面积﹑形态和图像的信噪比。结果:增加带宽后,金属体伪影导致的邻近区域信号缺如﹑畸变,较常规扫描成像有明显改善。但在远隔区域伪影的扩散范围增加。金属邻近区域伪影面积对比:t=4.98,P<0.001,常规扫描伪影面积大;图像的信噪比:t=3.57,P<0.001,常规扫描信噪比高。结论:增加2倍带宽的扫描方式,是简便易行的抑制金属伪影的方法,由于其导致远隔区域伪影范围扩散,图像信噪比下降,仍需与常规扫描对照观察。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore a way of increasing bandwidth of acquisition in 2 times in order to inhibit MR artifacts.Methods There were 20 cases they had serious metal artifacts in MR images.For decreasing interruption of metal artifacts,the cases were reexamined in increasing bandwidth of acquisition to 2 times as much as before.It was compared in the area and patterns of artifacts and SNR(signal to noise ratio) of MR images between before and after altering of bandwidth of acquisition.Results After increasing the bandwidth of acquisition,it is improved evidently in void signals and distortion of images of regions of artifacts.However,the extension had happened in a distant part from the center of artifacts.Comparing the area of artifacts: t=4.98 P<0.001.It was lager in conventional scan;Comparing the SNR of images,t =3.57 P<0.001,It was higher in conventional scan.Conclusion This is a simple method to inhibit metal artifacts of MR due to increasing bandwidth of acquisition to 2 times.In another hand,it can induce the extension of MR artifacts in distant part and reduction of SNR of images.It is necessary to assess and compare both of them in analyzing MR images.
