【摘要】 目的探讨超声引导下自动活检枪在肺外周型占位性病变诊断中的应用价值。方法采用自动活检枪在超声引导下对45例临床常规检查不能确诊的肺外周型占位性病变进行组织活检。结果超声引导下肺外周型占位性病变自动活检枪穿刺取材成功率为100%,组织病理确诊率为97.8%,并发症极少。结论该方法操作简便,取材成功率高,并发症少,诊断率高,安全实用,是肺外周型占位性病变确诊的重要手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical application of ultrasound-guided percutaneous auto- matic biopsy gun in patients with peripheral occupying lesions of lung.Methods Using an automatic biopsy gun,percutaneous automatic biopsy was performed under ultrasound-guidance in 45 patients with peripheral occupying lesions of lung,which can’t be distinguished by regular examinations.Results The procedures were successful in all patients and the histological diagnostic rate was 97.8%,lung can- cer in 30 cases and benign diseases in 14 cases.The complications,such as bleeding and chest pain were rare and slight.Conclusion Ultrasound-guided percutaneous automatic biopsy is a safe,reliable and easily-operated method for the diagnosis of peripheral occupying lesions of lung.更多还原
