【摘要】 目的通过研究CD8~+CD28~+在胃癌肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞(TIL)上的表达及其与肿瘤生物学行为的关系和意义,探讨TIL功能受抑制的原因。方法采用流式细胞术检测胃癌TIL及胃癌患者和正常健康志愿者外周血淋巴细胞CD3、CD4、CD8、CD28的表达。结果胃癌TIL表面CD3~+、CD3~+CD4~+、CD3~+CD8~+、CD8~+CD28~+的表达均低于正常健康志愿者外周血和胃癌患者外周血中的表达,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);胃癌TIL表面CD8~+CD28~+的表达与肿瘤浸润深度和肿瘤大小有关(P<0.05)。结论胃癌TIL的免疫抑制状态可能与CD8~+CD28~+低表达有关;CD8~+CD28~+在TIL上的表达可作为胃癌患者预后的一个参考指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression and significance of CD8~+CD28~+ in gastric carcinoma tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL) to approach the causes which results in TIL function limits.Meth- otis Flow cytometry was used to analyze CD3,CD4,CD8 and CD28 expression in gastric carcinoma TIL and peripheral blood lymphocytes in blood of the gastric cancer patients and healthy volunteers. Results The expressions of CD3~+,CD3~+CD4~+,CD3~+CD8~+ and CD8~+CD28~+ in gastric carcinoma TIL were lower than that in peripheral blood lymphocytes in blood of the gastric cancer patients and healthy volunteers (P<0.05).CD8~+CD28~+ expression was related to the tumor’ infiltrative depth and the tumors size (P<0.05).Conclusion Gastric carcinoma infiltrating lymphocytes are at the state of immune sup- pression,which is connected with lower expression of CD8~+CD28~+.CD8~+CD28~+ expression in gastric carcinoma,TIL can act as a referenced index of the prognosis of gastric cancer patients.更多还原
