【摘要】 目的探讨应用镍钛合金环抱器和采用重点固定法治疗多发性肋骨骨折的方法和疗效。方法采用该种环抱器治疗47例连枷胸患者,所有患者均行切开复位,并采用重点固定法肋骨内固定,观察术后住院时间、骨折愈合及相关并发症情况,并定期随访。结果除1例重症患者外,其余患者肋骨骨折均获临床愈合,住院及骨折愈合时间都明显缩短,且无明显并发症发生。结论应用镍钛合金环抱器结合重点固定法治疗多发性肋骨骨折具有创伤小、操作简便、安全、固定可靠、组织相容性好及并发症少等优点,且利于促进骨折愈合和呼吸功能改善,是一种治疗多发性肋骨骨折较好的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinic outcome in the surgical treatment for multiple fractures of multiple ribs with internal fixation.Methods Forty-seven cases with multiple fractures of multiple ribs with its following flail chest were retrospectively analyzed.Results In 47 cases,all patients were operated with internal fixation by Ti-Ni shape memory alloy embracing fixator.After internal fixation,46 cases were healed,chest wall was stable,respiratory function recovered and then patients discharged with recovery.At follow up of six months,chest deformity was invisible,and X-ray indicated internal fixation stable and fracture points of rib healed.Conclusion The treatment much better for multiple fractures of multiple ribs by the ways and its following flail chest is internal fixation of fracture,the accommodate of operation is the key to its good effect.更多还原
