相关测速综合实验的设计与开发
The Design and Development of Teaching Apparatus for Correlation Velocity Measurement Technique
【摘要】 相关测速具有非侵入、精度高、速度快、抗干扰能力强和适应恶劣环境等特点,在工业生产中有广泛应用。综合实验装置的设计围绕相关测速装置的实现和系统参数的优化调整展开。通过数字仿真和改变采样频率,数据容量,传感器间距,随机噪声传感器分辨力等系统参数的对比实验展示随机函数及其相关函数的特性,相关测速原理,以及系统参数对系统性能的影响等。配套软件功能强大,具有实验数据存储和查询,离线分析,自动生成实验报告,实验数据和结果自动导入报告文档等功能,还提供了远程观看实验的端口。
【Abstract】 Correlation techniques offer a good possibility for contactless measurement of the velocity of continuous surface.Correlation velocity measurement technique features of high accuracy,high speed and high immunity to noise and interference and so is wildly used in many aspects of industry.This paper focused on the system implementation and experiment design.Through digital simulation and the adjusting of system parameters it can demonstrate students the characteristics of stochastic function and correlation function,the principle of correlation velocity measurement technique and how the system parameters affect the system performance.The developed software is a powerful one whose function includes experiment data saving and searching,off-line data analysis auto-reporting and remote experiment interfacing.
