预拱挠度对透缝爆破片破裂压力的影响
Important Influence of Deflections on the Burst Pressure of Pre-Bulged Radial Slot Rupture Discs
【摘要】 破裂压力是爆破片结构最为重要的设计参数,在预拱透缝爆破片结构设计中,预拱挠度对破裂压力的影响一直缺乏研究。利用Ansys软件,采用MITC4壳元,对预拱径向透缝爆破片的变形特性及破裂压力进行了有限应变弹塑性有限元分析,并进行了实验验证。结果发现,在相对预拱挠度为0.06~0.22内,此类结构的破裂压力与相对预拱挠度呈现非常显著的正线性关系。预拱所导致的轮廓曲率增加和材料冷作硬化对结构承载能力的提高要明显大于预拱成型中壳体壁厚减少所造成的承载能力降低。
【Abstract】 Burst pressure is the most important parameter in the design of rupture discs.The influence of deflections on the rupture pressure of pre-bulged radial slot rupture discs has not been explored yet.Based on MITC4 shell element and T.L.formulations,finite element analysis is made for the deformation and rupture pressure of pre-bulged radial slot rupture discs by means of the ANSYS software package,and the analysis is also verified by experiments.It is seen from the analysis that there is remarkable positive linear relationship between the burst pressure and dimensionless pre-deflection when it is from 0.06 to 0.22.It is demonstrated that the gain of limit load induced by contour curvature increase and strain hardening of material is greater than the loss of limit load induced by thinning in thickness.
