【摘要】 目的观察国产药物洗脱支架治疗急性冠状动脉综合症(ACS)与单纯药物治疗疗效两者进行比较。方法选择124例住院ACS患者,其中42例接受支架治疗,82例选择单纯传统药物治疗,比较2组患者住院期间及随访6个月死亡数、心功能情况、心绞痛发作情况及再住院情况。结果2组患者入院时临床情况差异无统计学意义,住院期间及随访期间2组总心脏事件发生差异有统计学意义。结论国产雷帕霉素洗脱支架治疗ACS患者较传统单纯药物治疗更安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the efficacy of sirolimus-eluting stents(SES)made in China in patients with acute coronary syndrome with the efficacy of simplex medicine treatment.Methods 124 patients with ACS underwent different treatment:42 treated with SES made in China(SES group)and 82 with medicine treatment(Medicine group).Compare the number of death,the instance of heart function,recurrence of angina and the number of going to hospital once again during being in the hospital and follow-up were recorded.Results The two groups of patients were almost the same,but were enormously different in heart circumstance(the number of death were 1∶8,the number of going to hospital were 6∶23,the improver of EF was 59.6 to 54.2,P=0.021).Conclusions The SES made in China is more effective and safer than simplex medicine treatment.更多还原
