【摘要】 目的探讨腹腔镜脾切除手术方法、临床效果及优缺点。方法回顾性分析15例腹腔镜脾切除手术病例的临床资料。结果除1例中转开腹手术外,14例均顺利完成腹腔镜脾切除术,14例腹腔镜脾切除手术时间为80～210min,平均120min,术中失血约50～1000ml,平均180ml。术后住院3～9d,平均6d。结论腹腔镜脾切除在技术上是切实可行的,安全、微创、疗效确定。手术成功的关键是术中仔细操作,控制脾蒂,防止大出血。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the operative method and clinical results of laparoscopic splenectomy(LS) and its relative merits.Methods The clinical data of 15 patients with LS were analyzed retrospectively.Results LS was performed successfully in 14 cases except 1 case convert to traditional splenectomy,The operation time was 80 to 210 min(mean 120 min).The volume of blood loss in operation was 50 to 1 000 ml(mean 180 ml),and the length of postoperative hospital stay was 3 to 9 days(mean 6 days).Conclusions The LS is a safe and feasible operation,The carefully cutting of spleen pedicel is the most important step in the operation.更多还原
