【摘要】 目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术中运用电凝钩安全实施解剖和分离的方法。方法回顾性分析总结512例腹腔镜胆囊切除术的病历资料。结果本组6例中转开腹手术,中转开腹率1.17%。手术时间20~160min。LC术后放置肝下引流者4例,留置时间l~3d,引流总量15~160ml[(80.6±43.6)ml]。术后住院2~12d,平均3d。结论电凝钩在胆囊三角的剥离中具有出血少、手术野清晰的优点,但在临床应用时要充分掌握其操作的原则和技巧,才能使腹腔镜胆囊切除术更加安全、有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the safe way of dissecting and detaching calot triangle by Hookelectrode instrument in laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC).Methods The clinical data of 512 cases underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy were analyzed retrospectively.Results Six cases were converted into open surgery (1.17%).The operation time was 20 to 160 minutes.The drainage tube was put under hepar for 1 to 3 days in four cases.The time in hospital was 2 to 12 days (mean 3 days).Conclusions Dissection of calot triangle with Hookelectrode instrument in Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy has showed up its advantages in less bleeding and clear vision as a safe surgical procedure.To make LC safer and more effective,the most important is to fully master the rules and skills of operation.更多还原
