【摘要】 目的探讨高压氧治疗突发性耳聋的疗效及突发性耳聋的可能病因。方法43例患者治疗前给与多项检查,均行高压氧吸入纯氧治疗,至少10次,同时药物辅助。结果总有效率为74.4%,患病时间与治疗效果呈正相关。通过血液、颈部、颅内等各项检查,能够发现异常。结论突发性耳聋病程越短,疗效越好。对于疗效不佳者,血液粘度的异常和颅内的供血障碍是可能的发病因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of hyperbaric oxygen on deafness and causes of sudden deafness.Methods Clinical check was performed in 43 cases.All patients were treated with hyperbaric oxygen,and drug treatment was used as a assistant treatment.Results Total effective rate was 74.4%.The course of disease was positively correlated with therapeutic efficacy.Abnormal results of examination were detected from blood,neck and brain.Conclusions The earlier treatment patients received,the better therapeutic efficacy was Blood viscid abnormity and blood supply may be the causes of sudden deafness.更多还原
