【摘要】 目的通过总结腹水型妊娠期高血压疾病20例临床资料,分析腹水型妊娠期高血压疾病的临床表现、诊断、治疗及妊娠结局。方法分析我院2004年9月1日-2006年9月1日住院分娩20例腹水型妊娠期高血压疾病患者临床资料。结果腹水型妊娠期高血压疾病占妊娠期高血压疾病的25.6%,平均孕周33+4,孕妇可并发肺水肿、心衰、肾衰。早产发生率79.6%,围产儿病死率45.0%。在治疗妊娠期高血压疾病的同时,应用人体白蛋白、地塞米松积极治疗48h左右,均剖宫产终止妊娠。结论腹水型妊娠期高血压严重威胁母儿安全,而加强产前保健则能及时发现病情,经积极治疗后应及时终止妊娠以改善妊娠结局。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical situation,diagnosis,treatment and the results of pregnancy in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension complicated with ascites.Methods The data of 20 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension complicated with ascites were analyzed retrospectively.Results 25.6 percent of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension complicated with ascites.The average gestational weeks were about 33+4.Complications,such as lung edema,renal failure and heart failure,occurred in some cases.The incidence of premature labor was 79.6%,and perinatal mortality rate was 45.0%.While treating the hypertensive disease,we used human albumin and dexamethasone for about 48 hours,then cesarean section were performed to terminate pregnancy in all cases.Conclusions Pregnancy-induced hypertension complicated with ascites is a great danger that threatens the mothers and fetuses.But if we enforce prenatal care,discovery the disease early,and terminate pregnancy in proper time after a period of medical treatment,we can improve the results of pregnancy.更多还原
