CGP-2催化剂的开发及其在MIP-CGP装置中的应用

【摘要】 阐述了降低催化裂化汽油烯烃、硫含量同时多产丙烯的催化剂CGP-2的研究开发与工业应用结果。CGP-2催化剂具备良好的水热稳定性,可以满足MIP-CGP技术两个反应区的需求。基质中添加的L酸碱对组分,可作为对硫化物有选择性吸附和催化转化作用的活性中心。中国石化沧州分公司的工业试验结果表明:与CGP-1Z催化剂相比,使用CGP-2催化剂生产的汽油硫含量降低了30.32%,丙烯产率进一步提高,焦炭选择性良好。沧州MIP-CGP装置生产的汽油,可以满足2005年7月全国实施的新汽油标准。

【Abstract】 The research and development of CGP-2 catalyst,a catalyst for MIP-CGP process to reduce the olefin and sulfur contents of FCC naphtha and to enhance propylene yield,were introduced.A specific type of metal compound was added into the matrix to provide active centers for reactions including selective adsorption and catalytic conversion of sulfur containing compounds,to take place.CGP-2 catalyst possessed excellent hydrothermal stability to meet the requirements of the two reaction zones of MIP-CGP process.The commercial trial of SINOPEC Cangzhou Refinery showed that as compared with base case(using CGP-1Z catalyst),when using CGP-2 catalyst the sulfur content of FCC naphtha was reduced by 30.32%,propylene yield was further increased,as well as good coke selectivity.Thus,the naphtha from MIP-CGP process in Cangzhou Refinery could meet the specifications of new gasoline standard implemented in July 2005.
