【摘要】 石油化工科学研究院最新研制的增产丙烯催化剂DMMC-1在中国石化股份有限公司安庆分公司DCC装置上成功地进行了工业应用。工业试验结果表明,在原料油性质及装置操作条件相近的条件下,与原来使用的催化剂MMC-2相比,丙烯产率增加2.43个百分点,焦炭产率减少0.56个百分点,汽油烯烃体积分数(荧光法)降低4.80个百分点。更多还原

【Abstract】 The commercial trial of DMMC-1 catalyst,a catalyst developed by Research Institute of Petroleum Processing for DCC process to further enhance propylene yield,was carried out successfully in the DCC unit of SINOPEC Anqing Company.The commercial operation results showed that as compared with MMC-2 catalyst used in the base case,the propylene yield increased by 2.43 percentage points,coke yield reduced by 0.56 percentage points,the olefin content(FIA)in naphtha decreased by 4.80 volume percentage points under the similar feedstock and operation conditions.更多还原
