【摘要】 国产RAX-2000A型对二甲苯吸附剂在中国石化齐鲁分公司Parex装置上首次工业应用,装置运行半年进行了标定考核,在装置设计负荷的102.9%和111.4%原料流量下,对二甲苯产品平均纯度为99.77%和99.81%,平均收率为99.05%和98.56%,超过了技术合同预期值,工业试验取得成功。RAX-2000A工业应用两年来,装置运行平稳,表现出良好的原料适应性和较低的床层压降,有望实现长周期运转。更多还原

【Abstract】 Commercial application of RAX-2000A adsorbent for p-xylene separation was carried out at Parex unit of SINOPEC Qilu Company.The trial results after 6-month running were positive:under the feed flow rates of 102.9% design load and 111.4% design load,the purities of p-xylene were 99.77% and 99.81%,respectively;average p-xylene recovery rates were 99.05% and 98.56%,respectively;which were exceeded the targets in the technical contract.During 2-year running,the unit was operated smoothly with low pressure drop in the adsorbent bed,and it was adaptable with various feeds,prolonging running cycle could be achieved.更多还原
