杂多酸相转移催化剂在柴油氧化脱硫中的应用

【摘要】 以四丁基溴化铵和杂多酸化合物为原料制备了磷钼酸盐和磷钨酸盐相转移催化剂,并应用于柴油的空气氧化脱硫研究中。结果表明,磷钼酸盐相转移催化剂具有更高的催化氧化脱硫活性,而且体系pH值为3.5时,所制备的催化剂活性最高。采用该相转移催化剂,以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺为溶剂,在反应温度为50℃、反应时间为2h时,精制后柴油脱硫率可达88.2%,柴油收率为88.7%。

【Abstract】 Phase-transfer catalysts of phosphomolybdate and phosphotungstate were prepared by tetrabutyl ammonium bromide and heteropolyacid compounds.The prepared catalysts were used in the air oxidative desulphurization of diesel fuel.It was found that phosphomolybdate phase transfer catalyst possessed higher catalytic oxidative desulphurization activity as compared with phosphotungstate catalyst,and the catalyst prepared at a system pH value of 3.5 exhibited the highest activity.When diesel fuel was treated with said phosphomolybdate catalyst and using N,N-dimethylformamide as solvent,at 50℃and a treating period of 2h,the desulphurization rate and yield of diesel fuel were 88.22% and 88.7%,respectively.
