【摘要】 目的评价TECAN RMP150全自动酶免疫仪的性能及使用两年后加样系统的稳定性。方法用称量法测定加样误差和洗板残液量;用甲基橙对比色系统进行零点飘移、通道差、精密度、线性等测定;用高浓度的乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg)了解仪器的交叉污染情况;35份临床标本经该仪器和Abbott AXSYM仪测定乙肝五项指标,测定结果进行比较。结果经实验该仪器的各项指标均符合设计要求,两仪器对照试验乙肝五项的符合率为96.75%。结论该仪器使用两年后性能仍稳定,能满足临床实验室工作需要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the synthetic function and stability of TECAN RMP 150 automatic enzyme immunoassay instrument.Methods We had evaluated the sampling system, washing system, reading system of TECAN RMP 150 with sampling precision test, zero drift test, passage range test, precision test, linear test, post-washing residual test and intercross contamination test.Results All indexes of TECAN RMP 150 Automatic Enzyme Immunoassay Instrument were coincident with the design of firm, 35 clinical samples were analyzed by this instrument and their results were compared with those of Abbott AXSYM, the consistency rate was 96.75%.Conclusion The functions of TECAN RMP 150 automatic enzyme immunoassay instrument are credible, and it might be useful for clinical laboratory application.更多还原
