【摘要】 目的检测老年维持性血液透析患者的血脂水平,并对其相关因素尤其是甲状旁腺激素(PTH)水平进行分析讨论。方法对35例行血液透析的老年患者检测总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、PTH。随机选取40例无肾脏病的老年体检对象为对照组。结果血液透析组PTH、TG及LDL-C/HDL-C比值较正常组明显升高(P<0.05),HDL-C明显下降(P<0.05),LDL-C、TC在2组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。血液透析组PTH水平与TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C无明显相关(P>0.05),与LDL-C/HDL-C比值成正相关(P<0.05)。结论脂代谢异常及继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进是老年血液透析患者常见的并发症,高PTH水平可能与脂代谢异常有一定的相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship of dyslipidemia with parathyroid hormone (PTH). Methods Blood levels of TC and TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, PTH were measured in 35 elderly hemodialysis patients and 40 subjects without renal disease(control group). Results Compared with the control group, hemodialysis patients presented with higher levels of PTH,TG, LDL-C/HDL-C(P<0.05), but lower level of HDL-C(P<0.05). Linear correlation analysis showed that PTH had no significant correlation with blood levels of TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, but had a positive correlation with LDL-C/HDL-C. Conclusions Dyslipidemia and secondary hyperparathyroidism are the frequent complications in elderly hemodialysis patients. The level of PTH may have an effect on the dyslipidemia.更多还原
